Kiungo Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Kiungo is maintained by the Jiji team to manage short links and QR codes for Jiji and Bikroy work. Public links can be opened without a Kiungo account. Creating or changing links requires authorised access to the administration area.
Using public links
A short link opens a destination selected by the team. The destination may change when a campaign is updated, paused or ends. The destination's own terms and privacy policy apply once you reach it.
Kiungo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every destination will remain available. If a link behaves unexpectedly, report it to vs@jiji.ng, including the short link.
Team use
Use Kiungo only for authorised Jiji and Bikroy work. Keep your sign-in account secure and use only the permissions assigned to you. Do not create misleading links, harmful destinations or links that infringe other people's rights. Do not put passwords, access tokens or confidential personal information in URLs, campaign tags or public QR codes.
Before changing a destination, consider where the link has already been published or printed. Changes and account actions may be recorded for accountability. Access may be restricted or disabled when necessary to protect the service or enforce these requirements.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how Kiungo handles visit information and team sign-in data. Questions about Kiungo can be sent to vs@jiji.ng.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
